If you don't see your insurance carrier listed here, call Dr. Safir's office. We
may very well accept your carrier, as we contract with many insurance providers.
Dr. Safir's office will bill your insurance as a courtesy, however we collect co-pays
at the time of service. If you have questions about whether certain urology surgeries
or procedures are covered by your particular plan, we may be able to help you deal
with your insurance provider, including obtaining any necessary pre-authorizations
for procedures.
